Yes — you can pause for 1 to 8 weeks at any time from your account dashboard. There's no fee and your subscription resumes automatically when the pause ends.
You can cancel anytime from your account, with no questions asked. Cancellations made before Wednesday midnight are applied from the following week's delivery.
Our florists select blooms based on what's freshest and most beautiful that week. Signature subscribers receive personalised notes and can share preferences. All subscribers can flag allergies or dislikes.
Absolutely. At checkout, choose "Gift this subscription" and enter the recipient's details. We'll send them a beautiful welcome card and handle everything from there.
